The test, not the claim.
In 2023, PTM submitted its Armor pallet to the Virginia Tech Center for Packaging and Unit Load Design for independent FasTrack cycle testing — a protocol that simulates the handling a pallet endures across a supermarket-grade distribution loop.
The FasTrack protocol references ASTM D1083 handling and applies Virginia Tech's own failure criteria. Every unit tested reached its target cycle count without physical failure.

Scope note — this result reflects laboratory FasTrack testing of the PTM Armor pallet design. It is not a field-fleet study, and the number does not transfer to other PTM lines, which are engineered to their own specifications.
